Responsibilities Participate in Agile development teams to build scalable applications and backend services Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Lead junior developers in system enhancement projects and production issue resolution Design and implement customer-facing backend services with performance and reliability in mind Proactively identify and resolve defects using appropriate tools and creative problem-solving Evaluate and propose technical options that align with both business needs and system architecture Work hands-on with Java Spring Boot, NodeJS, and React Native. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in application development and system support At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in key technologies: Java Spring Boot, React Native, NodeJS Familiarity with MongoDB and scalable backend architecture Strong skills in technical solution design and troubleshooting Proven experience leading 2‑5 junior developers and collaborating with offshore teams Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) Experience in mid‑scale enhancements across web platforms, batch jobs, and backend systems Exposure to penetration test vulnerability remediation is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Candidates with less experience may be considered for developer‑level roles Skilled in written and spoken Chinese and English Our client is a large organization within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
