Responsibilities Manage and optimize express logistics products for global destinations, aligning offerings with business objectives and market demand. Act as the main point of contact for the global product portfolio, ensuring timely and effective support for internal teams. Develop quality monitoring systems and reporting tools to track and improve product performance and service standards. Conduct market analysis to assess competitiveness, leading initiatives to reduce transit times, minimize costs, and enhance both customer experience and internal processes. Oversee the creation and launch of operational solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Partner closely with the IT team to align system features and capabilities with business needs and product strategies. Establish and maintain rate structures and courier allocation logic in internal systems to optimize shipping operations. Support Sales and Business Development by preparing and updating product and sales materials. Develop contingency plans and alternative solutions to minimize service disruptions and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Maintain consistency in solutions across destinations and ensure alignment with strategic partners operating in different regions. Manage monthly billing processes in coordination with vendors and finance teams. Monitor changes in customs regulations and deliver timely updates to clients. Collaborate regularly with IT, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to drive seamless product management and delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within a cross-border e-commerce logistics environment. Proven experience working in multi-cultural and international teams. Strong product management and commercial acumen. Solid conceptual and analytical thinking skills. Practical, hands‑on problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality, accurate results. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain precise records and documentation. Independent, adaptable, and flexible team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proactive, open‑minded, and results‑driven mindset. Service‑oriented, collaborative, and passionate attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Candidate with more/less experience will be considered as Senior Officer or Assistant Officer role.
