VP, Specialist, Data Management & Governance As the leading bank in Asia, Transformation & Data (T&D) supports our management on the implementation of the Group’s agenda. Data Management & Governance, organised under T&D, is the implementation of enabling infrastructures, policies, practices and procedures that allow the organisation to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data. Responsibilities Lead to develop standards, controls, procedures and accountability frameworks for data governance implementation across the organization Lead to define data strategy to establish and ensure adherence to the organization’s data governance framework for data policies, standards, governance metrics, processes and data architecture Track emerging data regulations and trends to maintain a compliant and contemporary data governance program Oversee processes for improving data quality, cataloging, and metadata management. Implement data quality rules, checks, and issue resolution workflows Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or above in related discipline Minimum of 8 years working experience in data governance / data management / risk management related work Experience in establishing and monitoring of data governance framework Experience in AI governance is highly desirable Sound knowledge of HK regulatory requirements related to data governance is highly desirable.
