Add expected salary to your profile for insights About the role Japan Travel Agency Ltd is looking for an Operation Clerk to join our team in our Tsim Sha Tsui office. As an Operation Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our tour operations. This is a full-time position that will involve managing Japan Agent inquiries, processing bookings and maintaining accurate records. What you’ll be doing Managing incoming inquiries from Japan Agents via email and Microsoft teams Processing restaurant bookings, coach bookings, guide arrangements, changes and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all tour transactions and communications Assisting with the preparation of reports and analysis of operational data Collaborating with other departments to ensure running the tour itinerary smoothly Identifying opportunities for process improvements and making recommendations What we’re looking for Relevant experience in Travel Industry is preferably, but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent service to Japan Agent and Hong Kong suppliers Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise effectively A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure Reading, writing & speaking Japanese, English is preferable What we offer 5-day work Medical coverage Opportunities for career development About us Japan Travel Agency Ltd is a leading Japanese Travel Agency in Hong Kong which was established since 1966.
