Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 56598-1) Number of Vacancy: 1 Relevant Field: Others Nature: Contract Deadline: 05 Dec 2025 Contract Period: 02 Jan 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (12 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer: Business Government T26 Contract Location: Base Sham Shui Po Work in Guangdong Province: N/A Monthly Salary Range: HK$ N/A - N/A Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO. Participate in the design, implementation and deployment of the SFC system. Lead the Analyst Programmer to address existing new requirements, troubleshooting and bug fixing, performance tuning. Participate in system quality control and testing. Review project deliverables and coordinate project activities. Coordinate with user B/Ds and contractors for completion of project tasks. Provide user support. Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Work experience in supporting multiple units/departments within a big organisation or multiple B/Ds within the Government; the number of units/departments or B/Ds should be at least over 20. Work experience in application design. Work experience in quality control. Knowledge in workflow management system. Knowledge in using structured query language for data analysis and data administration. Proficient in technical writing in English. Solid experience in handling helpdesk call is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity. Technical Skills At least 1 year’s experience in Document Management System (DMS). At least 1 year’s experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM). At least 1 year’s experience in Structured Query Language (SQL). Non-technical Skills Good written English is a must. 1 year’s experience in working with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. 1 year’s experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
