As we intensify our O+O experience across Asia, we seek a visionary Assistant Online Business Manager to drive strategic product initiatives that enhance our online business and elevate customer satisfaction. The Assistant Online Business Manager supports the Manager in overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. This role is pivotal in ensuring product-market fit, timely delivery, and cross-functional alignment. A typical day in this Role Lead the full product development lifecycle ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery aligned with business goals. Optimize processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and maintain compliance with regional regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define annual roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that align with business objectives. Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and benchmark competitors to identify opportunities for new and existing product enhancements. Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices to ensure platform competitiveness in Asia’s dynamic markets. Act as the primary liaison between regional and local BUs to harmonize features, avoid duplication, and leverage shared resources. Design and execute data-driven launch strategies to maximize sales, customer engagement, and retention. Support ad-hoc strategic projects as assigned by the line manager. Success will depend on Academic background in Business, Technology, E-Commerce or related field. Solid work experience in product management, with a focus on eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital retail (eCommerce, Health & Beauty or Retail industry experience is a strong advantage). Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects from ideation to launch, and optimizing development lifecycle processes. Strong knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems and familiarity with product development lifecycle and data-driven decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with competing deadlines; exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Excellent oral and written English skills; proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese. What is holding you back?
