Our client is a HK listed company with international business operations. Currently they are searching for a Group Finance Manager in their HK Headquarter. About the Role Oversee month‑end closing for assigned business units; review monthly financial results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and prepare commentary on performance against budget, forecast and key KPIs. Prepare and deliver timely monthly management reports and analytical dashboards on business units' results, cash flow and capital expenditure to senior management. Prepare and review group consolidation packs, including sub‑consolidation for multiple subsidiaries, reconciliations, supporting schedules and elimination entries. Ensure compliance with HKFRS/IFRS and local regulatory requirements. Provide technical accounting advice on new projects, transactions and changes in HKFRS/IFRS, including impact assessment and implementation of new standards. Prepare tax computations and related schedules for group companies in collaboration with group tax and external advisors. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities in group consolidation, reporting cycles and corporate‑level finance processes. The Successful Applicant University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline Holder of a recognised professional qualification (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CPA Aust.). Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including Big 4 audit background and solid exposure to complex group consolidation and regional management reporting. Strong technical knowledge of HKFRS/IFRS, with hands‑on experience in statutory accounts preparation and group reporting. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and committed to high standards, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
