Holder of PMP (Tier 2) licence. Minimum 4 years of experience in property management of which at least 2 years in supervisory capacity. Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation. Customer-oriented and good communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Able to work independently and under pressure. Immediate available is highly preferred. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
