Our services include disaster relief, special education, volunteer service, first aid and health training, and blood transfusion. Key Responsibilities Support the Senior Manager to drive the development of new first aid & health training services related to the strategic direction, guidelines and implementation plan for enhancing the services and operation effectiveness. Lead and coach the team to provide first aid & health training and quality assurance services in line with the Training Centre strategic development plan. Explore and identify new resources to support the programmes and activities of first aid training services and conduct standard control. Engage and mobilise team members and volunteers to provide quality service, and collaborate with other teams and service units in running projects to achieve the aligned goals. Monitor and analyse the progress of the implementation plan and projects to assure continuous service quality improvement. Establish network and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as community partners, schools, government departments and NGOs for collaboration and support in first aid & health training services. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree holder in a relevant discipline with a minimum of three years’ relevant working experience. Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered. Sound medical professional or paramedic with related supervisory experience is an advantage. Sound leadership, people‑management and coordination skills, with project‑management and problem‑solving experience. Good communication skills with local authorities, stakeholders and community partners. Good analytical, coordination and interpersonal skills, mature and able to work independently and under pressure. Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
