About the Team The Account Manager will join a high‑performing Hong Kong market team delivering premium marketing services for one of my client’s largest global FMCG accounts. Reporting to the Operational Team Lead, the role works closely with shopper strategy, performance, promotional materials specialists, and digital promotions suppliers to deliver seamless execution. The team operates a “Procurement as a Service” model, driving transparency, quality, and efficiency across all marketing investments with a strong focus on retail and shopper activation (online and offline). Purpose of the Role The Account Manager is the day‑to‑day engine of operational delivery, owning project coordination and execution to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brief, and on budget. Acting as the key liaison between the client, internal teams, and suppliers, the role keeps everything moving smoothly while building trusted relationships at every level. Key Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end delivery of shopper marketing campaigns (premiums, gifting, print, POSM) Primary daily point of contact for client and internal stakeholders Own timelines, budgets, status reports, and documentation Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to keep workstreams aligned Flag and resolve issues quickly and calmly Help prepare client presentations, QBRs, and performance reviews Ensure full compliance with brand guidelines, budgets, and processes Spot and suggest workflow improvements Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required 3–5 years in retail/shopper marketing, client services, or procurement/delivery execution Strong organisational and time‑management skills Excellent relationship‑building and communication (written & verbal) Comfortable juggling multiple projects under pressure Commercially aware with proven budget management Solid understanding of premiums/gifting promotions and procurement/logistics; digital premiums and cross‑border experience a plus Mindset & Temperament Accountable, curious, and naturally collaborative. Thrives on creating clarity in complexity and solving problems before they escape. Calm under pressure, service‑oriented, and proactive. Detail‑oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. A reliable team player who earns trust quickly.
