Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager (FMCG Skincare) Person-in-charge of all-rounded marketing activities for assigned brands including existing and upcoming brands. Formulate, plan, implement and oversee multiple FMCG key accounts for multiple skincare and cosmetics brands including but not limited to online and offline accounts. Plan and implement the marketing plans & programs. Execute sales and distribution activities to ensure the achievement of key parameters for the annual sales plan including budgeting, pricing, new product launching, trade promotion arrangement, inventory planning and control, stock management & etc. Monitor account profitability and trade spend against budget. Formulate the media & communications strategy and monitor all relevant performance and directions. Develop brand positioning, distribution, marketing and pricing strategy for new coming brands. Coordinate with principals and external agencies for different programs. Create and manage all kinds of marketing collaterals & contents including but not limited to product leaflet and training manuals for external and internal counterparts. Assist new product development and initiate new business opportunities. Ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements: University graduate in Business, Marketing or related discipline. At least 5 years solid brand marketing experience in Skincare / Beauty / Cosmetics / FMCG. Strong business sense with sound market knowledge and expertise. Strong interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills. Aggressive, positive, proactive, flexible and be able to work under pressure. Responsible, analytical, detail-minded, self-driven, and well-organized with ability to work under tight deadline and able to work on multi-tasks. Excellent project management skills. Familiar with the operations of current leading chain stores. Familiar with both digital and traditional marketing tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (with inclusion of Mandarin). Candidate with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Marketing Manager.
