What you'll be doing? Design AI Solutions : Develop machine learning models, natural language processing, and big data analytics to solve complex problems. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver customized technical proposals. Optimize AI Systems : Enhance the performance and efficiency of existing AI systems to meet evolving demands. Stay Updated : Keep abreast of the latest AI trends and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve. Engage with Clients : Partner with sales teams to interact with clients, track requirements, and answer product questions. Create AI Demos : Contribute to the development of customer-facing AI demonstration systems to showcase capabilities. Participate in Bidding : Take part in project bidding processes, including the preparation of tender documents. Who are they looking for? Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience in AI, with a strong foundation in Python, async programming, and type annotations. AI Stack : Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack, and knowledge in RAG, Agent, or Function Calling. Data Skills : Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies such as Spark, Flink, or DuckDB, with experience in deploying ETL pipelines. Deployment : Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes, with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud. Client Delivery : Experience in leading enterprise-grade Proof of Concept (PoC) projects. Languages : Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin, with strong technical communication skills in English. Language proficiency is essential for effective client interactions and team collaboration. Entrepreneurial Mindset : Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and drive projects forward with a proactive attitude. Abstraction Skills : Capability to translate high-level requests into detailed UML diagrams and data specifications. Why should you consider this opportunity?
