Part Time Associate Degree Subject Tutors 兼職 副學士學科補習老師 1. 提供 1對1的副學位/副學士科目輔導，涵蓋副學士專業相關科目（學術英文、數學、IT/電腦、傳媒、社會學、商科、理學、哲學等）； 2、全面瞭解學生背景和需求，挖掘學生自身優勢，制定全方位適合學生的學術規劃安排，協助學生和家長制定個性化的學習計畫，包括課程選擇、時間管理、考試準備等； 3、對學生有完整的時間進度規劃，善於學習多元化的溝通式教學； 4、跟進學生學習情況，提供合理可實施的個性化方案幫助學生能力提升； 5、具備基礎學科教學能力，有能力協助學生領域取得進步； 6、與家長保持良好的溝通，取得家長的及時回饋，保證通暢溝通； 7、陪伴學生成長，與學生家庭建立良好的溝通和聯繫，讓學生感受到關心和鼓勵； 8、有一定學生在港義工活動組織能力經驗，幫助學生融入香港本地社交活動;按照公司成長導師崗位執行公司運營，副學士學員在院校學習的專業GPA 提升及課後在我中心輔導提升管理，升學節點跟進服務，定期學生在港表現學習報告，學科答疑等服務。 任職要求： 1、畢業於QS 前50名校海本或港本本科是全英文授課，香港本地副學士和副學士升入本科畢業學習的畢業生背景優先，大學本科GPA3.5 及以上； 2、具備基礎知識，熟悉副學士相關學科並在這些領域成績優異；有在學校或機構授課或輔導經驗優先； 3、有國際視野及職業素養，為人處事忠誠及遵守職業道德，誠信，遵守商業規則，保密商業檔，良好的談吐溝通和團隊協作能力； 4、具備卓越的耐心和出色的溝通技巧，富有親和力，有能力建立積極的學習環境。 豐厚報酬：按課時或固定薪資結算，具體面議（高於市場平均水準）。 靈活安排：線下授課爲佳，少量綫上授課。 長期合作：表現優異者可長期合作或全職合作。 良好普通話優先; 無需行政工作,只需專注教學; #J-18808-Ljbffr
