Senior Finance Manager, Asia Pacific (Manufacturing) Senior Finance Manager, Asia Pacific (Manufacturing) Our client is a world-renowned manufacturing company with a global presence. We are assisting them in the search for a Senior Finance Manager to head the APAC finance function. Position Responsibilities Lead and manage finance teams across Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia markets. Serve as a strategic advisor to the MD and senior stakeholders, driving financial performance and supporting business growth. Oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, consolidation, and taxation. Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, as well as relevant international standards. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. Provide strategic financial advice to the MD and senior leadership team to support decision‑making and business planning. Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee customs and trade finance matters where applicable. Partner with cross‑functional teams to support business expansion and operational excellence. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualification is required. Minimum 10 years of solid finance experience in the manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to regional operations. Proven track record in leading and managing finance teams across multiple markets. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards; familiarity with customs processes is an advantage. Excellent command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
