Senior Analyst / Associate, Corporate Finance Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, financial advisory, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and other fund raising activities, which include preparing financial/industry analysis and transaction related documents Handle due diligence, record keeping, internal compliance coordination and management of other professional parties on the transactions Communicate with clients, professional parties and regulators, including the Stock Exchange and the SFC Assist senior investment bankers in the origination/evaluation of potential deals, marketing initiatives, and management of client relationship, which include preparing data/financial analysis and pitching materials Ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Degree holder in accounting, finance, or law in a reputable university is preferred SFC Type 1 and Type 6 licenses At least 1 year's relevant corporate finance/HK IPO execution experience Good understanding of securities market, investment banking and corporate finance activities Basic knowledge in the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and other relevant rules and regulations Good command of Mandarin Chinese (including speaking, reading and typing simplified Chinese) and English Able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure Analytical, diligent, self-motivated, independent, a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is willing to travel and work hard Titles will depend on the candidate's abilities and experience Benefits Working Hour / Leave Medical Benefits Discretionary bonus / Training Sponsorship Dress Casual Fridays Apply We offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.
