As a leading consolidated financial institution, we provide a wide range of financial services including equities trading, futures trading, asset management and capital markets. Job Duties Possess team management experience and lead the team to achieve sales targets. Responsible for the company’s overall sales operations, covering businesses related to Type 1, 6, and 9 licenses. Proactively develop institutional clients, explore project opportunities, deepen institutional cooperation channels, and expand cross‑border financial cooperation scope. Fully coordinate the planning and layout of cross‑border business channels, sort out existing channel resources, and conduct optimisation and upgrading. Oversee the entire process of cross‑border sales management, be familiar with core links such as cross‑border custody, trading, and settlement, and ensure compliant and efficient business operations. Track market dynamics, policy changes, and industry competition patterns in real time to provide decision support for the company’s cross‑border business strategy adjustments. Strictly control customer qualifications and business risks to ensure business operations comply with regulatory requirements and the company’s risk control standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, International Economics and Trade, or related majors. Over 8 years of relevant sales experience in cross‑border financial institutions, including at least 3 years of team management experience (serving as team leader, department manager, or above). Candidates with work experience in Hong Kong or overseas financial markets are preferred. Possess a high‑quality database of mainland institutional clients, have an in‑depth understanding of cross‑border capital market rules, and be familiar with the entire process of custody, trading, and settlement. Demonstrate excellent market development capabilities and customer relationship maintenance skills. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. Holders of Hong Kong financial licenses (Type 1/4 licenses and RO qualification) are preferred. Strong pressure resistance, excellent team leadership and organisational coordination skills, and the ability to effectively stimulate team potential.
