Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions Assist in daily reconciliation and calculation of income and expenses for products and client accounts Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting Maintain documentation and audit trails for financial entries Review and approve payment requests and staff reimbursement claims in accordance with company policies Support corporate and fund audits Participate in system upgrades and finance transformation initiatives Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned Requirements Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent accreditation Minimum 3-5 years of solid accounting experience in asset management, and/or external auditing Enthusiastic, flexible, detailed-minded, mature, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Experience with financial systems (e.g., FlexAccount, Yonyou) is a plus Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Fluent spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing #J-18808-Ljbffr
