Assistant Director, Corporate Projects (Ref: DSG/ADCP) The Law Society of Hong Kong invites applications from high‑calibre candidates for the position of Assistant Director, Corporate Projects. Job Duties: Designing brand building strategies for the Law Society with overall review on our infrastructure including profile, social media platforms, publications, CRM, website and other market solutions; Designing and implementing communication strategies to ensure the smooth performance and successful completion of the Law Society projects; Designing and Implementing Strategies to Optimize Secretariat Workflows, including the development and integration of automation solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline various operational processes within the Secretariat; Coordinating with project teams and work closely with project managers and teams to align communication efforts with project timelines and objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle; Identifying key stakeholders and develop strategies to communicate effectively with them, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly; Monitor and Evaluate Communication Efforts: Define key performance indicators for communication channels and regularly assess the effectiveness of communication strategies, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes; Assisting in specific projects including but not limited to: Major corporate projects Law Society App Prioritizing the requests of different departments/internal stakeholders relating to their IT needs Coordination and timely production of the President Letter, Weekly Circulars and Yellow Pages; and other Law Society publications Perform any other duties as directed. Requirements: A recognized university degree in law, mass communications, journalism, language or a related discipline; A minimum of 10 years of solid experience in public relations, marketing and event management; with at least 3 years in managerial position; Profound knowledge of multi-stakeholder communications, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines; Excellent planning, organisation, and management skills; Proactive, result‑oriented, creative and highly self‑motivated; A team player who can work with colleagues, members and stakeholders; and Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
