Paralegal - Various Firms (IPO, M&A, Funds, Banking) We are working with four separate law firms to look for paralegals across various specialisms. Each role focuses on a specific area such as IPOs, M&A, Funds and Banking. Key Responsibilities Assist solicitors in the preparation of legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, contracts, and discovery materials. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and up to date. Prepare for trials and hearings by compiling evidence, drafting witness lists, and organizing exhibits. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed. Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations. Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements.
