  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and fix hardware/software faults.
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and application systems.
  • Keep track of the Automatic Monitoring System and System Health Check, Service Desk, Technical Problem solving and escalation to the management for any outstanding issues.
  • Assist in analysing telecommunications problems and make necessary improvements.
  • Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Perform 1st and 2nd Tier User Support.
  • Test and evaluate new technology solutions.
Qualifications
  • Information System / Computer Studies Diploma or above with a minimum of 4 years relevant working experience.
  • Certification in Microsoft or Cisco is a plus.
  • Knowledge in MS platform, for example: AD & Windows Server and Client.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS O365 administration, Server, MS Exchange, MS SQL 2008, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Cloud Computing.
  • Perform 1st & 2nd Tier User Support with ITIL standard.
  • Symantec Enterprise for threat management and backup and recovery.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
