Responsibilities Manage, develop and nurture solid and long-term relationships with key customers to achieve company Sales Target via professional and strategic solutions to accelerate profitability and sales. Explore new accounts and maintain good business relationships with customers & various clients' stakeholders (chefs, procurement, marketing, etc.). Develop and implement strategic account plans that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies as well as manage major key corporate accounts / develop new business with corporate clients. Handle the whole sales process including but not limited to prepare sales related documents, order management, customer replenishment order and customer PO follow up etc. Plan and execute sales strategies of business growth as well as achieve sales targets. Prepare detailed sales proposals, accurate quotations, and regular performance reports to analyze the sales trends to advise new menu creation. Prepare regular sales reports and forecast analysis for management review. Analyze consumer behaviors and market trends to support the development of brand strategy and enhance market share. Update abreast of the latest market trends and collect competitor’s information, including new product launch, pricing, competitors’ sales and marketing activation, etc. Any ad-hoc sales related assignments as assigned by Manager. Education & Experience At least tertiary education. 5‑year work experience in Food Service function, preferably in food category. Connection with Food Service Key Account is necessary. Knowledge in F&B category and a willingness to learn is required. Strong understanding of catering, products and services, with experience in HORECA being an advantage. Requirements & Skills Minimum 5 years in sales position for food service. Good analytical abilities such as data analysis and insights development. Result‑oriented with strong business sense. Mature, proactive, aggressive with good presentation and interpersonal skills. Able to adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Familiar with using Excel, v‑look up function, PowerPoint and SAP system. #J-18808-Ljbffr
