Marketing Director, Asia at Thomson Reuters The Marketing Director, Asia will champion the marketing strategy for Asia & Emerging Markets (AEM) business segment, driving brand presence and business growth across the region's diverse and evolving markets. Reporting to the VP of Marketing based in Australia, you will manage a small team of marketers across Asia and be responsible for developing the regional marketing strategy, partnerships, channels, and demand generation programs for Thomson Reuters in Southeast Asia, Greater China and South Korea. About The Role Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing vision and strategy for the Asia region, creating and implementing enterprise-wide segmentation and attribution models while ensuring coordination of all marketing activities Drive quality leads and consistent, repeatable demand creation across multiple geographies and business units within the AEM segment Lead all aspects of paid media, content marketing, marketing campaigns, and demand generation, including the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital commerce operations Leverage marketing technology skills to apply innovative digital solutions and analytics to measure, analyze, and predict program performance Provide marketing performance reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership Build enterprise processes and governance for marketing campaigns and demand generation while ensuring privacy guidelines are adhered to About You Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in strategic B2B roles Strong track record in demand generation for SaaS organizations Proven people leadership experience managing teams across Asia region Deep expertise in digital strategy with demonstrated success in market expansion Strong understanding of Asia markets Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure Excellent active listening, negotiation, and consultative skills What’s in it For You?
