Senior Role: Public Relations & Marketing We are a multi‑strategy investment manager focusing on alternative investments. This position is the key member of the Investor Relations team, with a specialized focus on promoting brand awareness, enhancing corporate positioning, developing marketing materials, maintaining client and media relationships, identifying target audiences, planning media strategies, organising events, and monitoring PR plans. Promoting brand awareness and enhancing corporate positioning Developing marketing materials to effectively convey key investment messages to investors and the public Maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, media, and marketing agencies/consultancies to enhance the image, reputation, and publicity of the firm Identifying the right audience including family offices, financial intermediaries, private bankers, investment bankers Planning, producing, and executing media strategies and plans especially on online and digital platforms Planning and organising real‑time events and panels for investors and media Monitoring and adjusting PR plans from time to time to meet business needs This role requires close collaboration with our private equity, equities, real estate, and structured finance teams. Job Responsibilities Manage and monitor social media and online channels such as the corporate website, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc. for ad‑hoc news or media releases, including leading a project to completely revamp the corporate website. Build key media relationships and create marketing channels with media/Bloomberg/newspaper/financial magazines/other industry‑related channels, and expand the media database, especially covering HK, Singapore, mainland China, and other relevant regions. Increase company exposure in the financial services sector, asset management, PE, family offices, and universities through media interviews, coverage, conferences, and events for corporate branding to the right target audiences. Conduct market research on target prospects and set up meetings to introduce and promote the firm’s investment strategies. Increase both online and digital activities and engagement by developing regular posts to promote the Group’s value, management, and investment insights. Enhance marketing materials, including corporate presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials. Work closely with the fundraising team to plan and execute the firm’s marketing strategy and implement related initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market positioning. Requirements Degree holder in finance, investments, business management, marketing or related discipline. Minimum of 10 years of relevant PR & media experience in reputable private equity or asset management/alternative investment firms with solid knowledge of alternative products. Knowledge of PE funds, real‑estate funds, structured finance, hedge fund strategies and products. Brand building in public relations and deep knowledge in media management. Strong connection with media, especially e‑media platforms. Strong knowledge and understanding of our company products and new investment products, and ability to analyze market insights and trends. Excellent command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin and simplified characters). Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin skills. Excellent PowerPoint skills.
