Technical Manager / Technical Lead - Residential, Client Side Our client is a leading real estate industry player in Hong Kong with an extensive portfolio of Residential and Resorts. Due to this strong demand, they are currently looking for a leader of Technical Service Manager / Technical Lead to join their management team to deliver strategic initiatives for the business. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Property, you will provide support to group regional operations on strategic innovation, compliance, costing management and operations of facilities. Collaborate with Project team to provide insightful comments and recommendation on maintenance management design, A&A, upgrading and planning including building services and systems. Ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems are functioning with their parameters and reliably to support all users' needs, including proactive management during emergencies and unusual operations. Plan and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programmes to not only ensure facility operations are reliable. Regularly review and update the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with all stakeholders, ensuring that the facilities management team delivers services that meet or exceed established performance benchmarks. Explore and promote energy efficiency methods with the adoption of AI and smart technologies. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements Degree holder in Building Surveying, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. 12+ years or above of experiences in the industry with the experiences in managing residential and commercial portfolio. Solid experience in maintenance management, leading multi-disciplinary teams and conducting condition survey programs, managing facilities operations and project safety and overseeing licensing. Effective communication skills and a good team player. MHKIE or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Sound knowledge in relevant local government ordinances and regulations.
