We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and sales growth across retail channels. Key Responsibilities Design and implement trade marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and drive sales growth in retail environments. Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising strategies that resonate with target consumers. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights that inform trade marketing strategies. Manage the trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on trade activities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives through KPIs and sales data, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for trade marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or related roles within the FMCG industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successful trade marketing campaigns. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with trade marketing software/tools.
