Assist teachers in using software and I&D equipment for STEAM teaching and learning activities. Maintain and troubleshoot the STEAM hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Manage the I&D store room, equipment inventory, and loan of hardware and accessories. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by teachers or the school management. Requirements Diploma or above holder in Computer Science from a recognized institute or equivalent. At least 2+ years’ experience in PC/Mac support, data network, cabling, site installation with deployment experiences, and strong coordination skills. Practical knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Mac client troubleshooting, end‑user PC/Mac support, and other network and computer‑related issues.
