Floral Stylist

Overview We're currently on the look out for a floral stylist to assist on styling on shoots, train our team on floral styling and lead floral workshops for our lovely customers. Responsibilities Floral Design Assist in designing and creating seasonal floral designs and products in line with The Floristry brand. Create seasonal design guidelines and training packs. Ensure all products are being made correctly and to guidelines by our florist teams. Work with buying team to ensure seasonal flower varieties are ordered. Styling Attend photo and video shoots ensuring all floral products are styled correctly. Ensure all shoot flowers are delivered on time and ready on set. Style monthly product photography. Assist in creating seasonal installations and displays. Events & Workshops Assist in styling stores for events. Lead customer & client workshops both in stores and for private events. Floral Training Conduct regular training sessions with our lovely team of florists to ensure the quality of all our products. Conduct weekly visits to our stores to ensure styling guidelines are followed and retail teams are confident in floral designs. Requirements 2+ years experience in floral design.
