Head of Finance (F&B) Join to apply for the Head of Finance (F&B) role at Lubuds. LUBUDS® Group was established in 2006 with the launch of its first Japanese outlet. Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports; Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage the annual budget process; Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis. Cost Control and Analysis: Analyze cost structures and identify areas for improvement; Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational needs are met; Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital. Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate tax filings; Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Internal Controls: Develop and enforce internal controls; Conduct regular audits to assess compliance. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor finance team; Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives. Financial Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis; Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent accounting qualification. Minimum of ten years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least five years in a managerial role within the F&B/Hotel industry. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Thorough understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
