Job Responsibilities Manage projects (Certifications, Testing, Buyer Programs) for electrical products. Handle customer inquiries. Maintain good relationships with customers. Collaborate effectively with various business departments to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Maintain documentation in the database. Maintain billing orders in system relevant to projects. Provide assistance to teammates, team leader, or department head when necessary. Job Requirements Higher Diploma or higher. Excellent communication skills. Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined, and diligent to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Experience working in testing laboratories or certification bodies is a plus. High level of responsibility and attention to detail. Active learning ability. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
