Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full‑time second to serve the DPO; Assist in planning and implementing various project activities for the Common Wi‑Fi branding "Wi‑Fi.HK" of the Wi‑Fi Connected City Programme (e.g., Wi‑Fi service research and recruitment for new participating organisations); Support the operation of the Programme Management Office of the Brand such as system enhancement and Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA); Manage the ongoing operation and support of the Brand and the related systems (including the Brand's website, mobile app, the Content Management System and the integrated information system for the Programme); Participate in and monitor the progress of various projects, including liaising with various users and working with the contractor for technical work (e.g., system analysis, design, testing and SRAA); Conduct requirement collection and analysis, functional / technical design, system development and system test according to the internal policies, guidelines and operation procedures; Assist in acquiring and managing the Wi‑Fi performance assurance services for the Brand; Prepare papers, reports, management briefs, plans and other related documents of the Programme; and Carry out other project‑related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Has experience in system development life cycle of an Information System, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support; Has experience in web‑based system implementation and maintenance/support; Has experience in IT Service / Outsourcing management and quality assurance on deliverables; Has experience in IT security and performance checking; Experience in system design, development and data analysis using Business Intelligence (BI) solutions is preferable; Has experience in mobile / wireless communication technologies; Possesses good English and Chinese writing and communication skills; Will occasionally work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays on request; The candidate will usually work in an office on Hong Kong Island and may occasionally discharge duties at other designated locations in Hong Kong. Bachelor's degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 4 years’ post‑qualification experience, with at least 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar post and comparable capacity. Technical Skills At least 3 years’ experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED); At least 2 years’ experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); At least 2 years’ experience in Data Management (DMT); At least 2 years’ experience in IT Security (ITS); At least 2 years’ experience in J2EE Development (JDE); 2 years’ experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage; 2 years’ experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage. Non‑Technical Skills Good coordination skills is a must; At least 2 years’ experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); At least 2 years’ experience in vendor management (VMG); At least 1.5 years’ experience in work with the Government (GOV); 2 years’ experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage; Excellent written English is an advantage; 1 year’s experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage; 1 year’s experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
