Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive efforts and exceptional service delivery. Establish clear sales goals and KPIs, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on performance data and market analysis. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company’s offerings and market presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of B2B market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Experience in developing and nurturing high-performing sales teams.
