Marketing Manager (Chain-store F&B experience) As a Marketing Manager at TCA Management Service Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and initiatives for our chain of F&B outlets. This full-time position is based in the vibrant Wong Chuk Hang area of the Southern District. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our hospitality business. What you'll be doing Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our F&B brand and offerings. Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including digital and print advertising, social media content, and promotional campaigns. Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with in-store experiences. Manage and optimise the marketing budget to maximise the return on investment. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends, and implement innovative marketing approaches to drive customer engagement. What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique marketing solutions. Proficiency in using marketing-related software and tools, such as social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
