Media Coordinator (Music Creative) Parttime Position: Music Coordinator (Part-time)Location: Hong Kong 1 weekday (assigned by roster) Every Saturday (fixed) Public holidays required Role Summary We are recruiting a part-time team member to support our APAC media operations during peak periods and weekly workflow. This role assists with music assignments, playlist updates, case handling, and general coordination tasks within the media team. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize the regional music library and content ingestion. Maintain music stations across client accounts, ensuring updates are delivered on time. Handle music service calls and email enquiries, coordinating with the media team to resolve client requests. Translate and standardize metadata and track information. Research and source new music content for updates. Track music trends and maintain access to new releases and exclusive promos. Communicate regularly with Senior Music Curators and Media Manager on project status and delivery timelines. Optimize sourcing workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy. Key Requirements Strong attention to detail and good task discipline. Able to work independently and follow established workflow. Basic music knowledge preferred but not mandatory. Responsible, reliable, and able to commit to all Saturdays and public holidays. Knowledge of data entry, metadata, or digital systems is an advantage. Passion for music, technology, and the role of music in guest experience.
