B2B BD & Partnership Manager – AI Technology Startup (30k – 50k +bonus) The client is an AI Technology Company where they are currently looking for a B2B BD Manager – AI Technology Startup (30k – 50k +bonus) to join their business in HK. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business development for large-scale AI model projects targeting major enterprises in Hong Kong, including market analysis, client acquisition, project initiation, implementation, commercial partnerships, compliance assurance, and delivery acceptance. Identify & develop new opportunities. Drive user growth and gather demand feedback for consumer-facing large model products in the Hong Kong market. Foster ecosystem development through strategic engagement and communication with key partners. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM fields. Entrepreneurial mindset/ Business acumen with strong self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability to dynamic environments. Minimum 5 years of professional B2B Business Development / Sales experience, preferably in AI, IT, or technology solutions. Proven track record in successful enterprise-level business development skills. Familiar with HK Market landscape and business practice.
