Responsibilities Lead a small team of three in planning and delivering learning and development programs, drive people capability, manage career paths and successions to meet current and future business needs Provide functional expertise to all training and development related matters to HK HR team, including but not limited to training needs analysis, training courses arrangement, rotation program, team building exercises, etc. Engage external consultants and internal resources to design and deliver learning programs, from leadership, acumen, transversal skills, to technical skills, etc. Monitor and measure training activities and produce regular reports Monitor and update training policies and communicate to managers and employees Plan and drive implementation of new Learning Management System Participate in HR projects as on a need basis Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including preparing documentation/employment contracts, reference checks, offer extensions, onboarding logistics, etc. (HR Administration) Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation (Payroll Administration) Support/Prepare reports and documentation related to tax filing, MPF contributions, etc. Report to Regional Head of HR – coordinate talent acquisition from analyst to VP levels, manage interview process and logistics Collaborate with HRBP & line of businesses to support APAC expansion across front‑to‑back office Contribute to bi‑annual performance management review, consolidating management reports and coordinating with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters Manage regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters (benefits, pension, annual leave administration, onboarding/offboarding coordination) Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance Active participation in regional projects from change management to streamlining processes in alignment with regional/global initiatives Oversee payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees; monitor benefits administration and attendance records; ensure compliance with HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance Recruitment & HR Generalist for North Asia Hub; facilitate HRBP function collaborating with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges (workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement, compensation review) Requirements University graduate Minimum 8 years of experience, ideally HR generalist with at least 3 years in Training & Development Good knowledge in training and development and Talent Management Ability to engage, inspire and coach Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Team player, patient, and committed, with agility to rotate with the HR department Immediate availability is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
