Beauty Store Supervisor

Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store Boost store staff performance and achieve sales targets through coaching and training Ensure staff understand and comply with all operational procedures and processes Monitor inventory levels of brands and provide feedback to line manager on any stock issues Oversee and support the cashier team in performing daily cashiering duties according to SOP and handle daily reporting Compose monthly roster of sales staff Participate in periodic store stocktake Maintain high standards of store presentation Assist in other ad‑hoc projects as assigned Requirements F.5 or above education 5 years of solid sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory level or second‑in‑charge position, preferably in the beauty retail industry Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Strong PC skills and experience in sales reporting Presentable, energetic, and a good team player Willing to work under pressure To learn more about our company, please visit our website.
