We have offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. Role Overview Major focus on sales of AED products Minor focus on field service (installation, inspection, basic maintenance) Provide engineering and technical support to both internal teams and external customers Key Responsibilities Promote AED solutions to new and existing clients Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals Build and maintain strong client relationships Attend trade shows, seminars, and promotional events Perform basic installation, inspection, and troubleshooting of AED units Provide user training and product handover Respond to service requests and coordinate with suppliers for parts and updates Support internal sales and service teams with technical advice and documentation Assist external customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting Provide engineering input for product selection, deployment, and support Collaborate with a team of 5 sales professionals and report to the Sales Director Ideal Candidate Degree holder in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field service (medical preferred) Strong technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus Passionate about life-saving technologies and customer service Benefits 5-day work week 12 days annual leave Monthly commission based on successful deals Annual incentive based on KPI Transportation allowance Medical insurance Full product and service training provided How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expectation to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
