Manage and oversee the operations of property management services. Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients. Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations. Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees. Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties. Handle ad hoc assignments as required. Requirements Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines. 8 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level. Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) is required. Member of CIH / HKIH or other recognized professional bodies is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediately available is highly preferred. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Manager.
