Key Responsibilities Design and execute proprietary trading and market‑making strategies across spot, futures, and perpetual contracts. Manage trading accounts, wallets, and fund allocation across multiple exchanges to optimize capital efficiency. Develop and maintain risk control frameworks, including exposure monitoring, PnL analytics, and alert systems. Conduct in‑depth research on market structure, volatility, and liquidity patterns of major and emerging crypto assets. Collaborate with engineering teams to automate strategies, enhance backtesting, and optimize algorithms. Explore opportunities within DeFi, DEXs, bridges, and Layer2 ecosystems for liquidity and arbitrage strategies. Build and maintain institutional relationships with exchanges, liquidity providers, and counterparties. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. At least 8 years of experience in digital asset or derivatives trading with proven strategy execution capability. Strong understanding of exchange architecture, order matching systems, and risk management models. Hands‑on experience in futures, perpetuals, arbitrage, and algorithmic trading strategies. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and modeling. Comprehensive understanding of Web3 ecosystem, including wallets, DEXs, bridges, Layer2, and DeFi protocols. Excellent cross‑cultural communication and leadership skills, preferably with experience managing global teams. Fluency in English and Chinese with strong written and verbal communication skills.
