Responsibilities Provide best of care and services to guests and patrons of the hotel Perform parking services for guests with utmost care and safety precautions Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage Arrange transportation (e.g. taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed Supervise daily activities of Concierge, Transportation and Bell services Ensure the tourist and city information are updated and available at Concierge for guest enquiry Know the hotel products in details; familiarize self with room rates/types, F&B outlets, other facilities and general information about the hotel and the city Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superiors Requirements Bachelor/Higher Diploma/Associate Degree preferably in hospitality management Minimum 10 years of experience in Concierge operation or related working experiences in customer service; both of which should include line supervision Excellent communication, guest service, complaint handling, problem-solving and coaching skills Strong at people management and computer skills Knowledge and skill of public security and firefighting, outstanding service consciousness and skills are preferred Qualified First Aider is preferred Benefits 5 Day Work Week Birthday Leave Group Medical Insurance (For Employee and Employee's Children) Dental Care for Employee Complimentary Duty Meal Transportation Allowance Yearly Discretionary Bonus Hotel Food & Beverage Discounts Good Career Progression & Development Join Our Team Surrounded by the enchanting hillside greenery and facing the stunning view of Victoria Harbour, Hopewell Hotel is one of the largest 5-star hotels in Hong Kong.
