IT Assistant

Responsibilities Provide daily IT helpdesk support services and deliver technical solutions to end-users in a timely manner Promptly respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment Maintain and update technical documentation, databases, and standard operating procedures Support IT projects to enhance operational processes, infrastructure optimization and other technical improvement projects Perform other ad-hoc tasks Requirements Degree holder in Information Technology or Computer Science or relevant disciplines Minimum 1 year of IT helpdesk or support relevant experience Proficient in the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux server operating systems Sound knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting mainstream network devices Familiar with at least one scripting language, such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell; experience in automation project will be an advantage Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin Fresh graduate will also be considered Familiarity with mainland China writing formats is a plus Immediate availability is preferred Sinotrans (HK) Logistics Limited is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
