Perpetual Product Manager Core Responsibilities Real-time calculation of currency-based/stablecoin-based margin occupancy, proficient in combined margin algorithms (SPAN/TIMS systems) Proficient in derivatives liquidation and liquidation processes, and relevant experience in position concentration heat maps, liquidation concentration stress testing, etc. Lead perpetual contract funding rate arbitrage (cross-exchange spreads + funding fee capture), term structure strategy (Contango/Backwardation dynamic switching) Familiar with basic options business rules such as exchange position limits, exercise rules, and trading margin occupancy Monitor exchange credit risks (such as FTX-type event warnings) and formulate position diversification plans Key Requirements Professional & Technical Skills 5+ years of hands-on derivatives or futures trading experience, with deep familiarity of mainstream exchange rules and contract mechanics (index, mark price, order lifecycle, position limits, margin calculation, forced liquidation, and closing mechanisms). Strong expertise in cross-exchange arbitrage and derivatives trading strategies, including basis trading and spot structure arbitrage. Proficient in Python, with proven ability in strategy backtesting, data analysis, algorithm optimization, and trading model development. Experienced in the end-to-end delivery process of exchange derivatives products, from design and testing through to launch and optimization. Solid track record of managing high-volatility and extreme market conditions (e.g., LUNA collapse, exchange downtime), with the ability to design and execute risk plans independently. Skilled in anticipating market structure shifts, implementing safeguards, and coordinating with risk control to maintain system resilience under stress. Soft Skills Exceptional logical thinking, fast learning, and independent problem-solving abilities. Strong cross-departmental communication skills, able to align with quantitative research, trading, and risk control teams to resolve complex issues. Comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-moving environments with a global perspective.
