Applications are now invited for the following post: Promotion and Outreach Manager Office of National Engagement (Post Ref. : 25 / 223) Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive and data-driven recruitment promotion strategy to sustainably increase the quality and quantity of undergraduate applicants Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, including overseeing branding, managing advertising placements, and directing digital marketing initiatives with external vendors and partners Proactively cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with key feeder schools and institutional partners in the Mainland, Taiwan, and Macao Maintain a dynamic database of key contacts and collaborative initiatives Plan and execute high-level outreach trips and recruitment events Host and engage delegations from target institutions, government bodies, and other key stakeholders Drive engagement and growth across key social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu) through innovative digital strategies Supervise the production of all high-quality promotional content, including videos, publications, and digital assets Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s) Requirements A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Proven track record (a minimum of 5 years’ experience) in marketing, recruitment, or business development, preferably in the higher education or related sectors Strong business acumen and expertise in digital marketing, particularly in advertising and social media management (Xiaohongshu experience is a plus) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders from the government and educational institutions Strong existing networks and resources within the Mainland secondary school system is highly desirable Outstanding written and spoken Chinese and English Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Willingness and ability to undertake frequent travel to the Mainland Candidates with less / more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
