Client Description Job Description Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager. Responsibilities Oversee project management to ensure completion within budget, time frame, and quality standards Supervise contractor performance and manage project processes (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing) Prepare tender documents for various projects, including capital works, office renovation and fitting out works, and E&M improvement projects Ensure compliance with relevant quality and safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer. Responsibilities Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, minor addition and alternation work in building facilities mainly on mechanical ventilation & air conditioning system (MVAC) Responsible for formulating maintenance plan, fault investigation, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation, site work progress monitoring, etc. Liaise with internal and external customers and supervision of contractors / in‑house technicians to meet the service level Attend emergency call out service if necessary Senior Technical Officer, Building Services Candidate with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer. Responsibilities Provide technical support on various building services systems, including maintaining and improving the functionality, performance, and reliability of the systems as well as monitoring building services systems in terms of installation, operations, and maintenance Lead a team of technicians and manage a group of contractors to perform daily / emergency maintenance and minor A+A works Provide technical advice to both internal & external customers, and enhance the technical expertise of the team in this aspect Assist in budgetary control and preparation of quotations and relevant reports Perform inspections and reporting system issues Assist superiors in handling all matters related to E&M infrastructure Responsible for providing 7 x 24 emergency call out according to roster Job Requirements Requirements Degree or above in Building / Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Project Manager in project management Thorough understanding of local regulatory requirements Excellent management skills and ability to work independently Experience in office fitting out, builder’s work projects or E&M facilities installation projects is an advance Excellent project planning, organization, and execution skills Ability to work closely with procurement department to prepare tender documents and analysis reports with recommendations for approval Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of practical experience in repairs, maintenance and installation of E&M system (MVAC system preferred) Familiar with the relevant local regulations and code of practice Good communicative and interpersonal skill with good command of English and Chinese particularly in report writing Self‑motivated with strong problem solving skill and able to work independently Good in computer skill with knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable Professional qualification for membership in relevant institutes, society like HKIE, CIBES, BSOMES is an advantage Senior Technical Officer, Building Services Requirements Higher Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with minimum 5 years of practical experience in repairs, maintenance, and installation of E&M facilities or Building Maintenance Familiar with the relevant local regulations and code of practice Good technical knowledge of various E&M systems, especially standby generator system, UPS, chiller system, etc. Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English and Chinese Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) Holder of Registered Electrical Worker certificate of Grade A or above is an advantage Holder of HK driving license (1) and (2) is an advance #J-18808-Ljbffr
