For more information, please visit For more information about FWD Hong Kong, please visit The Job Strategic Partners Coordination Coordinate training arrangements for strategic partners, including new joiner onboarding programs, new product launch training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training sessions. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure training readiness and alignment with business objectives. Training Support Provide logistical and administrative support for training projects, workshops, and events. Assist in the preparation of training materials, venue setup, and participant communications. Support trainers and facilitators during live sessions. CPD Training Management Plan, design, and coordinate CPD training programs in collaboration with training vendors. Monitor CPD class attendance and maintain accurate training records. Manage issuance of CPD certificates and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. eLearning Course Support Maintain and update eLearning courses on the learning management system (LMS). Generate training reports and analytics to track user progress and engagement. Manage user accounts and provide technical support for eLearning access issues. The Person University degree in any discipline with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in insurance industry. Proficiency in training coordination, PowerPoint design, content writing, and video production. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin), essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks efficiently. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in Chinese word processing.
