Project Quantity Surveyor (Initial 1 year contract) Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a qualified Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a high residential renovation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project management and cost control, with particular focus on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) packages throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage project plans and budgets Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide recommendations for management Manage interim valuations, variations, and final account agreements Administer main contract and subcontract terms and conditions Coordinate with project team, consultants, and subcontractors Provide regular cost reporting and risk analysis to management Ensure compliance with project financial objectives and timelines Requirements Qualified / Chartered Quantity Surveyor Solid QS experience in high-end residential/hospitality projects ideal Proven track record in managing MEP packages Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations Experience with A&A works and fitting‑out projects Proficiency in QS software and PM applications Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (for reporting) Immediate availability preferred Initial 1 year contract, extendable Interested parties, please send your full resume to Human Resources Manager by clicking APPLY.
