Technician (Building Maintenance & Services) (Ref. No. TND-FM-T-COW) Responsibilities To carry out repair and maintenance work in various primary station buildings and operational premises To prepare and update technical records, e.g. Testing and Commissioning record, drawing and floor plan To supervise and coordinate with external contractors for repairing and maintenance works of building structure, building services systems and auxiliary equipment To assist in preparing the technical document and specification for repair and maintenance work of various civil and building services works Requirements Certificate in Electrical, Building Services Engineering / completion of recognised Technician or Apprenticeship training in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in building maintenance or construction works Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) or Licensed Plumber Holder of a valid driving license for Class 1 vehicle an advantage Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written Working Location Ap Lei Chau, transportation to be provided.
