We are now looking for a Finance Manager , come and be a part of our team Role Description Business Partnering – Collaborate closely with Business Units (BUs) to provide real‑time financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive business growth and informed decision‑making. Financial Planning & Analysis – Prepare regular management reports, forecasts, and performance analysis, providing variance explanations and improvement insights. Daily Finance Operations – Handle day‑to‑day accounting and finance operations, including eMPF platform administration, payment and receipt management, payroll calculation and processing, and other related financial matters. Office Operations Support – Coordinate daily office operations, assist in on‑site event support, and handle equipment setup or basic troubleshooting when required. Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and alignment across functions. Ad‑hoc Projects – Participate in or lead ad‑hoc projects to enhance efficiency, optimise processes, or support company growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. HKICPA or equivalent) preferred. 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, business partnering, or accounting operations. Solid understanding of both financial management and business operations, with hands‑on experience in payroll, payment processing, and MPF administration. Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams and senior stakeholders. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce / Zoho (experience with other financial systems is a plus). Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
