Assistant Vice President, Remittance Team Lead Responsibilities Supervise team member on remittance activities including inward and outward remittance; Supervise regulatory checking and handle complicated cases; Follow up irregular payment transactions or enquiries from customers and correspondent banks; Manage and implement projects, including UAT, to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables; Prepare MIS reports for the management review; Conduct theme training as well as on-the-job training to colleagues and business counterparts; Perform other ad hoc projects or assignments. Requirements University graduate in Business Administration or related disciplines; 5-8 years’ relevant banking experience in payment operations; Familiar with SWIFT, CHATS and other international & domestic payment systems and process flows; Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset; Good coaching and project management skills; Conversant with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; Proficiency in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
