Opportunities for growth and career development Job Responsibilities Support Manager to coordinate and monitor daily facilities management-related operations, such as repairs and maintenance, cleaning, and security services. Perform product and service sourcing, draft and issue RFQ/ RFP, conduct cost comparison and prepare proposal to management as required. Preparation and facilitation of contract document through negotiation with vendors and liaison with other internal parties. Regular review of service contracts/SOW and ensure suitability of service and vendor fulfillment of SLA. Supervise office administrative services provision including mailroom, pantry, event arrangement, etc. Monitor and manage the performance of outsourced services vendors and contractors. Coordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications and Requirements Higher Diploma and above in Facility Management, Property Management or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Property Management. Detailed-minded, independent with good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
